Milford Proving Grounds is already testing pre-production Bolt EV Test Mules. According to a recent press release by GM, there are 55 pre-production cars already built. GM has assembled the 55 Bolt EVs by hand at the Orion plant in Michigan and in South Korea where the Chevy Spark EV is being produced.
